• Order and use of utensils
• Etiquette of ordering
• American vs. Continental
• Mastering a three-course meal
• Food-specific tips
• 「Special situations」
• Social aspects of dining (paying, how to split a check, etc.)
• Restaurant meal + college/job interview, date, etc.
• General etiquette rules that also apply to meals
